EMBE® CRETE

EMBE® CRETE is our new product line introduced for 2012. EMBE® CRETE is a heavy duty, urethane modified topping. EMBR® CRETE's high impact resistance and excellent thermal shock and chemical resistance make it ideal for heavy manufacturing areas. In addition, as a breathing system, EMBE® CRETE is a solution for many moisture problems. Its textured surface reduces slipping under most wet conditions.

Urethane Modified Cementitious Systems

EMBE® CRETE LD

EMBE® CRETE LD is a seamless, urethanemodified cementitious slurry topping applied at 1/16" smooth finish or broadcast with aggregate to yield 1/8" with a textured non-slip finish. EMBE® CRETE LD has excellent impact resistance, thermal shock and chemical resistance. EMBE® CRETE LD is a moisture vapor tolerant system making it the ideal solution for many moisture problems.

Typical Uses: Can be used equally well on vertical or horizontal surfaces / Ideal for concrete floors and walls in warehouses / Storage facilities / Aircraft hangers / Animal housing / Restrooms / Vehicle maintenance facilities / Hangers / Areas where high chemical resistance and stain resistance is required

EMBE® CRETE Topcoat HS

EMBE® CRETE Topcoat HS is a two component, chemical resistant, ultra high solids aliphatic polyurethane coating. (moisture cured urethane) EMBE® CRETE Topcoat HS is a low VOC, compliant urethane that meets all federal and state environmental air quality standards.

Typical Uses: Industrial plants, areas subjected to thermal shock or high temperatures / Harsh chemical environments / Over contaminated concrete / To encapsulate vinyl asbestos tile

EMBE® CRETE CV

EEMBE® CRETE CV is a heavy duty, urethane modified cementitious topping formulated for vertical applications. EMBE® CRETE CV has high impact resistance and excellent thermal shock and chemical resistance. In addition, as a "breathing" system, EMBE® CRETE CV is a solution for moisture vapor problems.

Typical Uses: Food and beverage facilities / Lift truck aisles and maintenance shops / Pulp and paper plants / Shipping and packaging areas / Drum storage areas

EMBE® CRETE SC

EMBE® CRETE SC is a 12 to 40 mil thick coating, urethane-modified cementitious primer/sealer that produces a dense, nonporous finish that is a chemically and dirt resistant, as well as protect s against abrasion. EMBE® CRETE SC is typically applied in one or two coats over concrete floor as a primer and/or sealer for various EMBE® CRETE systems. An integral cove base can be installed in areas requiring seamless wall to floor transitions.

Typical Uses: As a sealer over EMBE® CRETE TG / Restrooms / Lockers / Kitchens / Cafeterias / Laboratories / Manufacturing/processing areas / Areas requiring chemical resistant, sanitary, high impact, solid color finish

  • Low gloss finish
  • Will not lose bond due to moisture vapor transmission
  • Low maintenance, sanitary
  • Safe (non-skid) when used with non-slip grit

EMBE® CRETE SL

EMBE® CRETE SL is a 3/16"-1/4' seamless, urethane modified, cementitious slurry system that produces a dense, non-porous floor that is chemical and dirt resistant. Ideal for medium to heavy duty traffic areas, EMBE® CRETE SL is a solution for many moisture problems.

Typical Uses: Dry processing areas / Distilleries / Machine shops / Manufacturing / Warehouses / Utilities / Correctional facilities / Animal areas / Laundries / Clean rooms / Showers
