Technical Barriers Systems Inc. was established in 1988. The Kelmar & EMBE® product lines were acquired from Master Builders and the Merdek product line was recently developed in – house, garnering accolades from all users.

Our business continues to grow, through expansion and growth of our sales markets, and co-marketing agreements.

Over the years, TBS has been proud to supply products that have been used in many well recognized and prestigious projects such as: The UN Building, Pittsburgh Airport, Beth Israel Hospital, Waterside Plaza, Tulane Medical Center, First Edmonton Place, Metro Hall in Toronto, and Crown Center Kansas City, to name a few.
